Because our products are digital and are personalized to you — every page of every PDF is watermarked with your name, email, phone, purchase date, and order number — we are generally unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.
When we will help
- Technical problems: if you can’t download your file, it’s corrupt, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days and we’ll fix it or issue a refund.
- Duplicate or accidental purchase: contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
