Agreement
By purchasing from or using Threshing Floor Books (the “Store”), you agree to these Terms.
Your license
When you buy a study guide you receive a personal, non-transferable license to download and use it for your own study or group study. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the files.
Personalized watermarking
Every PDF you download is watermarked on each page with your name, email, phone number, purchase date, and order number so files can be traced to the purchasing account. Sharing or distributing your files may expose your personal information and violates this license.
Accounts & downloads
An account is required to purchase and to access your downloads. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Downloads are limited (currently 5 per title, for 30 days) — contact us if you need help re-downloading.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices are in U.S. dollars, and applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
Intellectual property
All content, including the study guides, text, and artwork, is the property of Threshing Floor Books and Bee Olson and is protected by copyright.
Limitation of liability
The Store and its products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the products.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
